Alan Strange, Broker/Owner
Alan was born in Boulder, Colorado, and raised in Ft. Myers, Florida, on the gulf coast. While growing up in Florida he worked as a paramedic, and continued to vacation in Colorado taking advantage of the skiing season during the winters and the hiking weather during the summers.
After marrying in 1997, Alan and his wife Heidi moved back to Colorado in 2000. Since then, they have had 3 children, two boys and a girl. Family is vitally important to Alan so it only makes sense that he is now able to help other families with their Real Estate dreams.
Alan started buying and selling real estate shortly after moving back to Colorado. First working with his family’s mortgage company and then obtaining his Broker’s license in 2004. Working with Keller Williams has given him the freedom to help others with all of their real estate needs. His background and experience give clients the best possible experience when buying or selling a home. In an office of over 160 agents Alan and his team are annually in the top 5 of top producers and are in the top 1% of agents nationwide.
Doug Saxen, Broker/Buyers Specialist
Doug and his wife Cindy moved from Minnesota to Colorado in 1981 where their 2 children were born. After careers in home construction/land development and corporate IT, Doug obtained his Colorado real estate license in 2010. He loves using his technology and development background to help people find the home they’ll love.
When Doug isn’t busy finding new homes for clients, he enjoys going to car shows, working with his son on fine-tuning their racecar and spending time with his wife.
Nick Folkedahl, Broker/Buyers Specialist
Born and raised in Colorado Nick and his wife Courtney met at Colorado State University where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics. Shortly after graduating he worked as an engineer and then a consultant for various Oil & Gas companies across the US. Now he lives in Thornton and has found his passion in Real Estate. Nick’s work ethic and knowledge of Colorado is instrumental in helping people find the home of their dreams. Nick loves meeting and relating to people and being a part of their home buying experience.
When Nick is not working with The Strange Team he enjoys athletic competition, woodworking and entertaining family and friends.
Mary Strange, Broker
Mary moved from Michigan to Colorado with her family when she was 14 years old. After several years raising her 2 sons in Florida, she and her husband Paul moved back to Colorado. She had been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years. After obtaining her Real Estate License in 2006, Mary joined her son Alan at The Strange Team to help others navigate the real estate world in search of their dream home.
When she’s not busy working, Mary enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and spoiling her 4 grandchildren.
Jake Tinnon, Broker/Buyers Specialist
Jake moved from California to Colorado on this 10th birthday and has loved it here ever since. He attended Holy Family High School in Broomfield where he won two State Championships in baseball. After high school, Jake attended Colorado State University before deciding on a career in Real Estate.
Jake enjoys helping people find solutions to their problems. He applies his determination and enthusiasm to make the home buying process smooth and enjoyable for his clients. Providing the highest level of customer service is paramount to Jake and he looks forward to helping with your Real Estate needs.
Lacey Robison, Broker/Buyers Specialist
Lacey was born and raised in Colorado. Shortly after graduating from Metropolitan State University of Denver, she joined the oil and gas industry where she still focuses majority of her time.
Her passion for real estate developed from personal experience of owning and managing multiple properties and stems from an unwavering drive to assist others in reaching their real estate goals. She loves meeting new people and is excited to share her knowledge about the home buying process.
When Lacey is not working, she enjoys running, traveling, cooking and spending time with friends and family. Some of her favorite destinations include Costa Rica, Germany and Hawaii.
Sally Zinn, Broker
Dominic Jones, Broker
During the times he is not advancing his new career path he enjoys tons of outdoor activities such as hiking and exploring nature. He is also working on motivation speeches for different youth administrations with select churches in the state.
Dominic is truly passionate about connecting people with their dream home. “If you can believe it, then you can achieve it!”
Maggie Kudasik, Executive Assistant
Maggie moved to Arvada in 2013 from Colorado Springs. Since her move here she has enjoyed working alongside Keller Williams real estate agents. Maggie manages all the marketing for the team along with managing the day-to-day operations. Her background in digital art and communications helps her successfully get homes the online presence they need. She graduated from Salida High School and then went to Colorado Technical University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Visual Communications.
When not working, Maggie and her fiance find themselves enjoying the outdoors with their rescue dogs. They enjoy paddle boarding, biking, and the local brewery scene. She works a part-time job as a dog trainer, and supports many local shelters by volunteering and fostering dogs.
